Bishop’s Appeal: Community Trailblazers

The Trailblazer role is designed to lead congregations into the community, exploring and discovering meaningful ways to engage and partner with local agencies, institutions, and other churches — helping our churches to again become vital, vibrant, and alive. We have two Trailblazers working in the diocese. The Rev. Dcn. Jen Crompton is working with the San Luis Obispo Canterbury Campus Ministry and St. Benedicts, Los Osos, and The Rev. Dcn. Joel Martinez is working with Saint Andrew’s, Saratoga, to create pathways to reach communities outside the walls of our church.
